Small update

I am single once again.

I am going to be 30 in 2 weeks. I was 23 when I started this blog. WOW.

I am getting sick of San Diego, and want to move somewhere else. But, I have no $ and no idea how to even get started.

Watching the Olympics makes me feel like such a slacker. It's weird how they try to interview runners right after the race, so they're all winded and can barely talk. I'd be like, um GTFO, I'm tired. I wouldn't be a runner in the first place, though.

I applied to 2 jobs within my current employer, however the test (there's a test!) is on the same day as a wedding in which I am a bridesmaid.

Yep, that's it for now. I am not dead!

1. At what age do you wish to marry?
Well it used to be that I wanted to be married really young, like 22-25. But at those ages I was with asshole guys, so yeah no. I am turning 30 this year, and it's not gonna happen anytime soon, so I frankly don't know now.

2. What color do you like most?
I like blue, white, kind of ocean/sea colors. They make me feel calm...

3. If you have the chance, what would you probably say to your beloved one?
I tell him what I feel all of the time!

4. Where is the place that you want to go the most?
I'd definitely love to visit New Zealand (me too, Reggy!!), Hawaii, and Antarctica

5. Which part of you that you hate the most?
My lack of discipline! Physically, I hate hate hate hate my tendency to gain all weight lumpily in the stomach area.

6. When you encounter a sad moment, what would you do?
I ... feel sad?

7. What are you afraid to lose the most?
My loved ones

8. If you win $1 million, what would you do?
Pay off my debt, my mom's debt, and hopefully learn to save and invest the rest so I don't have to depend on stupid jobs to keep me afloat.

That it improves as time passes; it definitely did not start off well!!

10. How did you celebrate the New Year?
By crying and being angry that Continental lost my suitcase. Still no suitcase!!!

Allowing myself to get so out of shape.

Well, I had thought (before the year started) to try to be more positive, and not such a "realist" as I call it... but what happened on New Year's Eve definitely put a damper on that. It's still something I want to TRY but it's definitely a lot harder now.

18. What do you need to do this year in order for you to be happier in life?
Ohhh... I'd rather not say it on here

19. What are the Top 2 things that you are most thankful for the year 2007 that made you even more happier for 2008?
Well, I found a job that I actually like, after starting off the year in a job I absolutely loathed!!!
Also, my relationship with Erik is still going strong and everyday I find new things I like about him. AWwwwwwwwwww /sap

I'm so bored right now. Anyway, my brother has now tagged his buddy list on this game, however his requested 16 random things. Since I already did 8, I'm going to do just 8 more. Some I "stole" from his list; we are related after all, we share some things :p

Here goes:

9) Like most women (and, apparently, my brother) I have way too many pairs of shoes, but somehow wear the same 3-5 pairs all the time.

10) My favorite story ever in life is Stephen King's It. I've seen the movie over 100 times (not kidding), and I've only read the book once but it's huge!! It took me like 6 months. I'm going to read it again as soon as I'm done with the Harry Potters.

11) I don't like most condiments. The only one I use is mayonnaise. That's right, I don't eat ketchup, mustard, relish, salsa...

12) Along those lines, I'm probably the only Mexican (well, and my brother) who doesn't like guacamole.

13) I hate, HATE HAAAAAAAAAATE pickles. I can't even be in their vicinity. Those huge plastic barrels with the huge pickles at amusement parks? They give me nightmares.

14) I plan meals around dessert. Before ordering at a restaurant, I see what desserts they have. I need something sweet!

15) I can eat pizza any day, any time. Pepperoni and bacon, mmm.

16) Unlike people who get bored when they have nothing to do, I am completely happy that way. I could read all day, and nap, and read, and eat, and nap... Sigh. I need to win the lottery.

Alright, alright, I'm here. I do have tons to post about, just haven't had the time/initiative to do it. I'd like to update you about what's going on in my life but then I get complaints about how long my posts are. I post rarely these days, but when I do post I like it to be QUALITY. This is obviously not good enough for you lot. Well, poop to you, here's a shorter post, and not big on quality. Do not complain, that's what you get :p

MY 8 RANDOM FACTS/HABITS
1. I can fall asleep almost anywhere. I've fallen asleep at parties, concerts, etc. On purpose, too, not just because I was bored. I was tired and sleepy, and wanted to rest.
2. Despite #1 above, I am really annoyed by loud noises. I can hear a deep bass sound even when others don't (or aren't bothered by it), and it annoys me to no end. I'm not made for apartment living which is very unfortunate as I can't afford anything else at this time.
3. I make myself laugh a lot. I'm hilarious.
4. When I was younger (much, much younger and thin), I was told a lot that I looked like Julia Roberts.
5. I tend to keep to myself a lot, and I've been told this makes me look "independent". In reality, though, I get lonely and could use more support. I'm just too lazy to do anything about it. (I'm too lazy to do anything about almost everything! Ha.)
6. I rarely drink soda, and when I do it's usually root beer or orange.
7. I love to cook, and especially bake, and I'm really awesome at it (and modest).
8. I love Nintendo games, and my favorite character ever is Wario:
